STILL HOLDING YOUR BREATH? SO ARE WE.

As per usual, the question remains the same, as does the answer.  "How's the truck coming along?" you ask.  "It's definitely coming along." I answer again.  We share your frustration, my comrades.  We want this thing on the road, slinging coffee, just as bad as you all do.  So I offer no solace to your plea.   All I can say is be patient, as we continue to 'keep on truckin' (as to use the parlance of our times.)  If you are pondering, however,  just what stage exactly are we at with truck 2.0 rebuild progress?  Mark & Brothers Powell have been arms deep in the motor swap project, and we decided to replace and revamp many of the original parts of the front end of this 1975 Chevy step van, including replacing the ball joints of the truck's suspension.  Well, we ordered a critical part to complete that part of the project a while back... The damned part took a mere 4 weeks to arrive, holding up the completion of the entire front end replacement!!!  So yeah, we sat in limbo almost a month, holding our breath wondering why the part had no tracking (that's a whole different stupidly frustrating story I'll abstain from sharing - just know it was dumb.) The winds of fortune changed today when the part landed on our doorstep!  Now comes a much needed celebratory gasp of air for us all.  Rest assured, the front end will soon be reassembled… and with all shiny new parts at that.  Operation motor swap about to get right back underway!  Yewwwww.
